Caramel Cheesecakes Bars

These cheesecake bars are gooey and soft and perfect for a quick dessert when you feel like having something that is sweet and easy to make. All you have to do is mix the ingredients for the crust in a blender and then press them into a pan. Then mix together the ingredients for the filling and pour it into the pan and let that cook for 50 minutes at 350 F and then let it cook for 15 more minutes with the door open. Take it out and let it cool for an hour. Start the caramel topping, heating up the ingredients in a pan. Once cooled, pour the caramel on top and let it set for two hours. Once it is set you are able to serve it. These bars will be gooey and soft and perfect for an easy dessert. 

Ingredients: 

Crust-                                                    

  • 2 sleeves of graham crackers
  • ½ cup pecans
  • 8 tablespoons of salted butter, melted
  • 1 ½ teaspoons vanilla extract 

Filling:

  • Three 8-ounce packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 ½ cups granulated sugar 
  • 1 ½ teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 4 large eggs
  • ½ cup sour cream

Caramel Topping:

  • ½ cup packed dark brown sugar
  • 6 tablespoons salted butter
  • One 14-ounce can sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 tablespoons dark corn syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
