The varsity boys soccer team stepped off the pitch this year after losing in the sectional finals against Ithaca. The team finished the season with 15 wins, 3 losses, and the title of champions of the Southern Tier Athletic Conference (STAC), in which they defeated Chenango Forks in the finals 5-2. Of the 11 starting positions on the field, 9 of them were filled by seniors, ensuring a swap in most starting players from the 2023 season to the 2024 season. Lacing up their cleats and stepping onto the field in the future, the team will begin practicing during the summer of 2024 in hopes of adding to their ongoing 2-year streak of being STAC champions.
