Contemporary Chinese-Christian holiday shenanigans are my holiday traditions– some music to go along as well! Gatherings with food offered and church service provide a tight-knit community during Sundays, especially for the Christmas spirit. This took place in Queens, specifically in an apartment complex a fellow church member offered to serve as a place of worship. Some basic Christmas decorations in the background like some basic lighting and pine tree leaves provide some spirit, but the atmosphere primarily focuses on chatter and hospitality. We don’t do extravagant traditions, rather a community gathering of prayer and communion.
