Self care for me is finding small ways to include bits of happiness in my otherwise dull days. Sometimes self care means a sweet treat to brighten your day, or maybe a walk outside in the crisp winter air. Writing. Reading. Spending time goofing off with family and friends, eating good food that’ll nourish not just my body, but also my soul. My form of self care is living in the moment and enjoying life for what it really is.
