Rowen Smith is a senior and the current Editor-in-Chief of Bearfacts. She assists in both organizing the website and distributing information throughout the club of 45 members. She was drawn to Bearfacts by her passion for literature and an innate love for reading.
Following her high school graduation Rowen intends to study Biology at Binghamton University, while she is not certain of what the future has in store for her, she knows it’ll be worth the journey and that there will be challenges no matter what. Her parting wisdom to new members of Bearfacts is to let them know that the writers shouldn’t be afraid to attempt something new with their writing, remarking that Bearfacts is very welcoming to all.
Furthermore, Rowen states that she is obsessed with Emma Stone after she watched La La Land, saying that she would be the perfect actor to play the part of her own life. (Even though she doesn’t have red hair) Finally, her favorite pasta is Bowtie Pasta. Everybody at Bearfacts wishes that success follows her in all her future endeavors.
