Beverly Victoria works at the high school as a substitute teacher. Her position is essential to the framework and functioning of our school. As she eloquently puts it, she is responsible for “managing chaos”. Mrs. Victoria has been at Vestal for 2 years, but has been a substitute teacher for nearly 20. Originally, Mrs. Victoria pursued being a substitute teacher because it kept her on the same schedule as her kids. When asked what is most important to her outside of school, she first named her children and husband. To make Mrs. Victoria and the other substitutes’ lives easier, all Mrs. Victoria requests is that students listen.
