I practice self-love by giving myself some space to breathe. I tend to over-commit, and it is important for me to accept my workload and accept that I might not have the energy today to do everything I “need” to do. I find I have the best ideas and productivity after a day of stepping back and choosing my health over some of my commitments, opting instead to bake or spend time with my pets.
